Bailey's experience of 12 years as a Bank Examiner for the Mississippi Department of Banking and Consumer Finance gives him a unique perspective on how banking can benefit a business. He has excellent credit and financial statement analysis expertise, which is key to any business's success.

His ultimate goal is to understand the business needs of his customers and provide the best solution to help them reach their goals. He's a 2015 LSU Graduate School of Banking graduate and has spent countless hours receiving certifications through the American Bankers Association Trust School.

Bailey is active in his community and a member of the Board of Directors for The University of Southern Mississippi M-Club.
